User Access Management Admin (Contract)

About the Role :
Ensure that the systems maintained by Operations are appropriate from the user side and User Access is well documented.
What You Will Do :

• Supports the process of maintaining user accounts on systems, both the main system and supporting systems in the management of the Operations division.
• Ensure that User Access changes have valid underlying documents and are carried out in accordance with the SLA.
• Documenting every user request for access and parameter changes made in the system/application
• Support administrative processes in policies & procedures related to User Access in all systems maintained by Operations
  

What You Need to Have :

• Min. Bachelor Degree, preferably in Informatics Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, Mathematics & Statistics
• Have a minimum of 1 year experience in IT Support/Administration
• Can operate Microsoft Excel well
• Administrative skill
