Tokopedia Account Specialist
Responsibility
1. Manage and optimize Tokopedia accounts to drive sales and maximize profitability
2. Utilize tool and software to track, analyze, and optimize product listings, pricing, and advertising campaigns
3.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop strategies for product launches and promotions
4. Continuously analyze market trends, consumer behavior, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth
5. Ensure compliance with Tokopedia’s policies and guidelines for product listings and advertising
6. Manage and optimize product detail pages, including images, descriptions, and keywords, to enhance visibility and conversions
7. Monitor customer reviews and manage feedback to maintain a positive brand image on Tokopedia
8. Proactively identify and troubleshoot any issues related to product listings, inventory management, or order fulfillment
9. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of Tokopedia’s algorithms and operational best practices for private label sellers
10.Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute promotional campaigns and advertising strategies
11.Stay updated on Tokopedia’s latest tools, features, and policy changes to adapt and optimize our selling strategy
12. Provide regular reports and insights on sales performance, trends, and key metrics
Job Requirement
1.Bachelor's degree or above, with 3 years of relevant work experience.
2.Fluent in English.
3.Experience working in import and export trading companies is preferred.
