Job Description
- Develop operating metrics dashboard and repository for Transport Commercial Team.
- Manage information sources and dashboard by collaborating with data and product team to ensure ready to consume data or dashboard to guide the decision making process, close the gaps, course correct, and identify the business opportunities.
- Monitor and benchmark competitors' movement as well as supply dynamics and landscape, to be factored into the relevant business analyses.
- Assist Commercial Strategy and Growth team in identifying potential operating metrics improvements.
- Support Commercial Team with regular and ad-hoc performance tracking, analysis, and reporting of business performance.
Requirements
- At least Bachelor's degree in STEM or Business fields from top local or overseas universities.
- Relevant work experience of minimum 1 year (preferably from management consulting or multinational tech background);fresh graduate with a strong profile will be also welcomed to apply.
- Must have strong critical and analytical thinking, with proven ability to gather and analyze data, generate and test hypothesis, and finally come up with actionable insights.
- Strong sense of ownership and accountability while also pay attention to details
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work well in an international team environment
- A quick learner to absorb new knowledge in the dynamic and complex industry.
- Possess a strong drive to make things happen, i.e. strong drive to execute.
- Discretion with handling sensitive and confidential information.
