Qualifications & experience
- Diploma or Bachelor degree in any fields
- Negotiation skill
- Good understanding on Vendor Management
- Familiar with technology and system as well as proficient in MS Office (word, excel, and powerpoint )
- Effective written and verbal communication skills
- Minimum 2 years of working experience in similar position, preferably in Retail / Property / Project Management
Tasks & responsibilities
- Follow up to each vendor to complete registration data in e-procurement
- Check document completeness submitted by vendors and assist if necessary
- Arrange the 3rd party survey schedule by coordinating between surveyors and vendors
- Payment process for third party surveyor
- Arrangement of vendor evaluation
- Keep up with relevant new Procurement related knowledge, regulations/policies, and trends
