Qualifications:

- 5+ years of experience in Vendor Management, procurement, or supply chain management, preferably in the logistics industry.
- Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Knowledge of relevant industry regulations and compliance standards.
- Proficiency in using Vendor Management software and tools.
Responsibilities:
- Identify potential vendors through market research and evaluation.
- Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to evaluate vendor performance.
- Conduct regular vendor performance reviews and audits.
- Negotiate pricing and terms that are favorable for the company.
- Maintain accurate records of contracts and vendor communications.
- Address and resolve quality issues in collaboration with vendors.
- Collaborate with various departments, including procurement, supply chain, and finance, to meet company objectives.
