Responsibilities:
- Guest Services: Welcome guests upon arrival, ensuring a warm and hospitable experience. Coordinate check-in and check-out procedures, and address any guest inquiries, requests, or concerns promptly and professionally.
- Property Management: Oversee the daily operations of the villas, including maintenance, housekeeping, and security. Ensure that all aspects of the properties are well-maintained and meet our quality standards.
- Team Leadership: Lead and motivate the villa staff, including housekeeping, maintenance, and security teams. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment to enhance guest satisfaction and employee morale.
- Financial Management: Monitor and manage villa expenses, budgets, and revenue generation. Work closely with the finance department to ensure accurate accounting and timely reporting.
- Marketing and Sales Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to promote the villas and contribute to sales efforts. Maintain an understanding of market trends and competitors to optimize rental rates and occupancy.
- Vendor Relations: Establish and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and service providers to ensure the timely and cost-effective delivery of goods and services.
- Health and Safety Compliance: Implement and enforce health and safety protocols to ensure the well-being of guests and staff. Adhere to local regulations and laws governing villa operations.
Qualifications:
- Hospitality Experience 1-2 years: A proven track record in hospitality management, ideally in luxury villa or hotel operations. Experience in Bali's hospitality industry will be an advantage.
- Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and team management abilities, with the capacity to inspire and guide a diverse team.
- Customer-Centric: A passion for delivering exceptional customer service, with a focus on anticipating and exceeding guest expectations.
- Organizational Skills: Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive problem-solving skills to address guest and operational issues promptly and efficiently.
- Communication: Excellent communication skills in English and Indonesian, both verbal and written is a must!
- Cultural Awareness: Sensitivity to and understanding of the local culture and customs in Bali.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using hospitality management software and standard office applications.
- Availability: Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays, to accommodate guest needs and operational demands.
- Have own motorbike.
