Job Descriptions:
Check-in and Check-out:
- Handling guest check-in/check-out of the day.
- Inspect the properties before check in and check out (make sure all the stuff, electricity, wifi, supplies are in good condition). Any missing inventory must be addressed immediately, and billed accordingly.
- Assist with check-in and check-out after working hours as needed.
Guests Experience and Courtesy:
- Ensuring that guests are comfortable and satisfied with their stay, and handling any complaints or concerns that arise.
- Replying to text from the guest within 15 minutes.
Property Management & Maintenance:
- Overseeing the maintenance and cleanliness of the property, including scheduling repairs and upgrades as needed in conjunction with the Quality Control Manager.
- Supervise problems fixed by inhouse engineers, contractors or vendors.
- Keeping track of supplies and equipment, and ordering new items as needed.
- Make sure utility bills paid on time (electric, wifi, garbage fee, etc )
- Update property inventory report on a regular basis.
- Report any issues found in the properties to Handyman’s team to fix it as soon as possible and fill up the ticketing form.
Staff Management:
- Training, and supervising a team of housekeeping, maintenance, pool, garden and other staff to ensure that the property is running smoothly.
- Make sure housekeeping, gardening and engineering follow the company’s SOP.
General:
- Assist with viewing for the properties with the potential guest (offering other options from the list as well)
- Coordinate with the reservation manager, operation manager, finance, and executives regarding tasks related to property management.
Reporting:
- Reporting daily activity on the system at the end of the day, if required please utilize an office laptop. All activities and issues must be reported.
- Report all property issues or problems and continue the process until all problems are resolved.
- Maintenance report must be reported to the property owner after renovation project has been completed with images of before and after renovation included.
Qualifications:
- Fresh Graduates Min. Diploma or Bachelor Degree in Any major, preferably Tourism and Hospitality Management.
- Able to communicate in English & Bahasa.
- Outstanding coordination, time management, leadership, as well as problem solving, and decision making skills.
