· Greet and seat guests in a friendly and timely manner.
· Take accurate food and beverage orders from guests.
· Serve food and beverages to guests according to the hotel's service standards.
· Check dishes and kitchenware for cleanliness and presentation, and report any problems.
· Maintain a thorough knowledge of the menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods to answer guest questions effectively.
· Upsell additional food and beverage products when appropriate.
· Set up tables according to the restaurant's standards.
· Clear tables once guests have completed their meals and prepare tables for the next guests.
· Process bills and handle payments, ensuring all transactions are accurate.
· Comply with all food and beverage safety and hygiene protocols.
Work Experience
· A degree or diploma in Hotel Management.
· Mandarin Speaking
· 1-3 years’ experience as waiter/ss.
· Proficiency in handling the point of sale systems.
· Good understanding of food hygiene principles and practices.
