Job requirements:
- Minimum 1 year experience in Account Management/Sales/Business Development, experience in agency is preffered
- Diploma or degree in business, management, marketing or communication
- Ability to demonstrate effectiveness working within organization
- Strong written and oral communications skills
- Strong negotiating skill
- Knowledge of solution selling
- Experienced building strategic sales plans and deals, strong capabilities in forecasting.

Job description:
- Conduct regular outbound calls to both existing and potential clients, offering Berlima Digital services
- Identify performance issues and bottlenecks and provide appropriate solutions
