At Caterpillar’s Indonesia Batam, we manufacture Hydraulic Shovels products used in building the infrastructure and mining to move materials that makes a better world.

When you work as an Accountant at Caterpillar Indonesia Batam you will help to provides timely and accurate financial record keeping and reporting as directed by management.

Shift: Regular

Work Location: Batam, Kepulauan Riau

Travel Requirement: No

You will work both in an office and manufacturing shop-floor environment.

Domestic relocation is available for this position.

What You Will Do:

• Maintaining financial records in accordance with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP) and organizational standards.

• Creating reports on financial performance and providing insightful analysis for internal and external use.

• Upon request, take part in special projects and ad hoc reporting requests.

• Maintain, implement, and adhere to internal controls while ensuring that accounting procedures comply with Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).

What You Have:

• Good proficiency in English.

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Economy or related major.

• Proficient in using SAP FICO.

• Minimum of 5 years of equivalent experience in accounting.

• Required Skills: Accuracy and Attention to Detail, Accounting, Financial Analysis, Financial Reporting

• Good human relations skills are required to develop a cooperative work relationship with others inside and outside the department.
