REQUIREMENT:
- SMK/D3/S1 with accounting major (max 30 years old)
- Working experience within 2-3 years of experience in business consulting/tax consulting/public accounting firm; or 3-4 years of experience as accounting staff in a company with exposure to complete area of general cashier, AP/AR, income audit, purchasing & receiveing, tax, appropriate financial reporting
- Advance skill in Ms. Excel, others Ms. Office, and technology literate
- Able to operate accounting software
- strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Able to prepare complete financial statement (balance sheet, profit and loss statement of owner's equity, statement cash flow, etc) straightly from operational data
- Strong understanding in PSAK & IFRS and Indonesia Tax Law
- Excellent practical knowledge of general ledger accounting and account reconcilation
- Good and positive attitude, team player, fast learner, full of initiave, and have willingness to be developed
- Warm, friendly, and open personality
- Good negotiation skills and team member engagement skills
- Deliver report with scheduled deadlines for multiple clients
- maintain in being calm under pressure circumstances and assignments
- strength in complying accounting standard and Indonesian Law, yet proficient in managing flexibility towards client's business situation
- Comply with company, government, and profession regulations related to accounting field
- Perform relevant entry and post as well as review subordinate's work
- Manage, reconcile, and analyze all accounting transactions
- Translate legal documents, operational data, and relevant undocumented operational activities into accurate accounting records
- Analyze data and determine the state of the company's financial health
- Monitor and escalate unusual differences in terms of amount reconcilation and or documents against reality with proposing problem solving alternatives
- Produce financial statements and management report as well as deliver it on timely manner
- Make necessary decicion according to authorized responsibilities with the abilty to consider options for flexibility when providing a problem solving
- Communicate effectively internally (in and across department) and with clients
