Job Requirements:
- Min. Diploma degree.
- Proven experience in administrative support roles, preferably in a corporate or office environment.
- Preferably has working experience in Japanese companies.
- Proficiency in office productivity software (e.g., Microsoft Office suite, Google Workspace) and familiarity with office equipment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities, including written and verbal communication.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in completing tasks.
