Overview :
A renown European chocolate brand is hiring his Administrative Assistant for a new project in Bali. The site will highlight the different expertise of the company: manufacturing, sourcing, cooking, and gastronomy.
Degree and Experience Required for doing the job
Proven experience as an Administrative Assistant;
Skills :
Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
Working knowledge of office equipment
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work
Attention to detail and problem-solving skills
Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task
- Excellent communications skillset in English
Flexible Proactive
driven and self-motivated
Having one of Those proven previous experiences will be a plus.
- Worked for international companies
- Worked for premium brands
- Worked in F&B / gastronomy
- Network in the tourism industry
Technical skills :
- Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel & MS PowerPoint, in particular)
- Proficiency in Xero web-based accounting system will be a plus
Main duties
Administration assistance
-Accounting (receive invoice, input transactions in accounting system, send invoice to tax consultant…)
-Coordination with external consultants (tax, HR, legal…)
-Coordination administrative & legal documents (agreements, permit & licenses)
- Coordination HR
Project coordination:
-Organize meetings, workshops
-Organize Valrhona team visits in Bali
- Follow up design & construction project
Research
-Survey suppliers for packaging, raw materials, goodies
-Survey external consultants (design, pack, logistic, warehousing…)
