Administrative Assistant

Location: Bali, Ubud

Are you a responsible and communicative individual with a passion for providing educational entertainment for children? Kidfort, a leading educational entertainment company in Bali, is seeking an enthusiastic Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.

Requirements:

- Presentable appearance
- Responsibility
- Knowledge of conversational English
- Communicative and smiling
- Experience in services
- Familiarity with computers and other devices

Salary:  4 - 5 Million per month

Functions:

- Maintain order and organization within the facility
- Welcome and assist guests in a friendly manner
- Sell products and services, including birthdays, subscriptions to music and art schools, and other offerings
- Monitor the time children spend in the play area
- Enter new products into the program
- Schedule and manage animators

Schedule: 2/2 (2 working days followed by 2 weekends), from 9 am till 9 pm
