General Job Description:
• Ensure effective coordination of event and activities in BINUS University (high-level meetings) and Rector’s Office
• Ensure effective implementation of administration and clerical process for related Vice Rector / Dean / Director/ Senior Manager/ Manager / Head of Department / Head of Program
• Coordinate effective operational support for related Vice Rector / Dean / Director/ Senior Manager/ Manager / Head of Department / Head of Program
• Coordinate effective budget request and report in related Vice Rector / Dean / Director/ Senior Manager/ Manager / Head of Department / Head of Program
• Organize and maintain effective record of supporting documents required for operational activities
• Build strong and effective internal cooperation which support the overall objectives of the department
• Ensure excellent operational process and service for all stakeholders
Requirements:
- Min. 4 years of working experience in senior role, 2 years in leadership role.
- Graduated from Secretarial Academy
- Have experience in Higher Eduction Industry
