Description
As the OD & Reward Section Head, you will be responsible for:
- Crafting and executing innovative organizational strategies.
- Spearheading the development and fine-tuning of Organization Blueprints.
- Becoming a solid business partner in terms of reward strategies as well as organizational development measures
- Transforming business canvases into highly efficient organizational structures.
- Working together with business leaders to ensure productive and efficient organization.
- Creating and managing competitive rewards structure to ensure talent efficiency as well as high talent retention.
Profile
A successful candidate must possess:
- A Bachelor's degree from a reputable university, preferably within business management, psychology, or human resources management major
- Previous experiences in either nickel mining or smelter company
- Proven track record in creating OD strategies such as within new business units or transformation
- 5-10 years of experiences within OD of mining space
- Previous experiences in working with local company creating a matrix organizational structure
- Proven track record within creating a reward system, as well as end-to-end organizational development structure
- Good communication and negotiation skills, able to engage different stakeholders of the organization
