We are currently seeking talented and dynamic individuals to join our team at OTCA as an Advertising Specialist.
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of experience in advertising or related field
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Advertising, or a related major (Certificate in Ads Education preferred)
- Proficient in Ads Strategic & Execution (experience with Meta, Google, TikTok & YouTube Ads is a plus)
- Familiarity with Meta Business Manager, Reporting Deck, and Data Studio tools

Job Description:
- Upload Ads content to agreed-upon media platforms (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.)
- Optimize Cost Per Click (CPC) for each running ad
- Analyze insights from running ads
- Monitor Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) to assess digital campaign effectiveness
- Provide recommendations for ad content if necessary
- Manage ad budget for target/KPI optimization
- Brainstorm with the team on ad strategy
- Generate monthly reports on ad performance (reach, impressions, CPC, etc.)
- Create media overview/data studio reports to be shared with clients weekly
- Provide ad budget usage reports to Account Executives if needed
- Stay updated on partner activities (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc.) to understand current campaign trends and benchmarks
