The ideal candidate is to serve as the lead a team of Marketing professionals and collaborate closely with cross-functional teams. You will manage all marketing efforts including planning, research, advertising, communications, and public relations in line with company objectives.
Responsibilities
- Create effective marketing strategies to help the business achieve the goals.
- Manage, control, and report on the marketing budget.
- Lead and motivated marketing team which consists of a brand manager, content & social media manager, and KOL.
- Lead, PR & Branding Manager, Digital Marketing Team
- Analysis; track and report on traffic, CAC, MQLs, conversion rates, attribution, and pipeline growth.
- Conduct competitor research
- Create New Product Development based on the trend
- Work with Channel Sales Head to achieve brand sales target
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Marketing
- Proven experience (5 years) in a senior marketing role, with a track record of successfully developing and executing marketing strategies.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and mentor a team towards achieving common goals.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
- Demonstrated analytical abilities, with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques to drive strategic decision-making.
- Creative thinker with a passion for innovation and a keen understanding of market dynamics.
- In-depth knowledge of market research methodologies and digital marketing best practices.
- Experience in FMCG/retail will be a plus
- Good interpersonal skills, and self-motivation.
