- Develop and maintain online and offline customer funnel monitoring tools (CRM)
- Setting budgets and targets such as KPIs, CaCs
- Decide timely Marketing & Brand strategy for the entire company and each division
- Planning, managing, and evaluating marketing activities with the appropriate metrics that align with the company's goals
- Conducting timely market research, and regular monitoring of industry trends, customer behavior & competitors
- Ensuring adequate technology implementation for Marketing purposes
- Coordinate regularly with Corporate Secretary and Managing Partners to leverage client acquisition and retention
- Conduct periodical surveys to measure customer satisfaction and service quality
- Planning Weekly, Monthly, Quarterly and Yearly campaign strategy, and evaluate the marketing campaigns
- Identify potential partners, clients, and collaborators within the tax and financial industry.
