To be able to deliver excellence services, frontliners need to be updated and have comprehensive guidance. This project is to make sure all information available in CRC Libraries, with detail scope as follows :
1. Preparing Computer Based Training Modul, including scoring & compile attendance2. Sending Information Blast & updated in Libraries, including quarterly newsletter3.
Initiate new update & organize existing update in Libraries to improve CRC performance4. Coordination with other parties to provide comprehensive information, and as TPM point of contact for policy inquiries related5.
Conduct required session based on needs
