Job Purpose

This project will give you sense of responsibility as project management officer to manage one of our transformation agenda.

Areas you will manage includes timeline management, budget / cost management, human development project documentation management, as well as stakeholder management to ensure overall project lands on time and in full as per plan.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage human resources aspect of the overall transformation project
  • Join innovation project meeting and establish collaboration with all project stakeholders
  • Check all project network and raise any case that may potentially disturb processes of overall project
  • Coordinate with external agencies or vendors to support activity in transformation project
  • Coordinate and establish good collaboration with all related stakeholders
  • Make governance and documentation of labor project budget
  • Make governance and documentation of skill development project
  • Make decisions in order to ensure successful operation of overall project
  • Respond to emergencies in a timely manner
  • Effectively perform vendor management
  • Regularly update progress & any critical issue related to Human Resources to project manager
  • Perform any other job or duties assigned by the management as and when required
  • Escalate and update external or internal issue to business leaders when needed
  • Proactively seeking for any initiative that can deliver improvement for overall Home Care business
  • Actively participate in SHE Program and campaign

Candidate Criteria

Experience & Qualification

  • General knowledge of Human Resources Management, Training & Skill Development, Business Transformation, and Labour law & compliance
  • Strong knowledge and prior experience in Project Management
  • Holds minimum a bachelor degree in Engineering, Management, or related field

Skill

  • Proficient in Windows, PMS and MS Office applications especially Power BI & Microsoft Project,
  • Prior experience using Buildsapp would be a plus point
  • Strong team building, decision-making and people management skills
  • Strong capability to train, coach and develop team members
