Description
As an Assistant HR Manager, you will be responsible for:
- Handling end-to-end human resources function, especially within operational HR
- Managing business unit, including the people strategy and programs
- Focusing and managing people development programs, compensation & benefit, and payroll
- Maintaining accurate company database and employee data
Profile
A successful candidate must possess:
- Minimum 3 years of experience within HR function
- Previous experience in heavy machinery equipment company
- Proven track record in handling employee database, payroll, and people development
- Meticulous and high attention to detail
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Fluent in English
