Purpose & Overall Relevance for the OrganizationTo provide that all human resources and administration related functions are managed effectively and are in line with the overall HR directions for adidas Indonesia
Key Responsibilities
Functional
- Oversee the processing of payroll, including the yearly income tax filing, to ensure timely and accurately
- Ensure data entry accuracy in HRIS and SAP payroll system
- Support recruitment and selection process
- Prepare employment contract and ensure that all new employees documents and records are file completely and correct
- To conduct and review the onboarding and offboarding
- Monitor employee’s probation completion
- To conduct employee counselling and disciplinary sessions
- Administer social security, provident fund, employee insurance, and other general welfare for the employees
- Maintain well-organized employee personal records, ensure that all updates are done as required
- Plan and organize employee’s activities to encourage employee engagement
- To support the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems
- To support the office administration function handled by the Administrator
- To ensure the office tidiness and HR data room is maintained at the highest quality level
- To coordinate and assist in all HR & Admin ad-hoc projects
- Prepare reports and ad-hoc as required by superior

Pre-requisite Knowledge / Skills Bachelor degree in Human Resources Management, or related field Minimum of 3 years’ work experience in HR related field, preferably in a retail organization Have good understanding of HR business requirement. High integrity and handle confidential and sensitive information in a professional manner Ability to function independently and problem solve with minimal direction. Ability to define problems, collects date, establish facts and draw valid conclusion. Good MS-office user knowledge. Affinity for systems, ideally SAP HR user Knowledge Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and deal effectively with change. Excellent oral and written communication skills in English and local languages
