Role Overview :
As an Associate ESG Consultant, you will play a pivotal role in supporting the development and implementation of environmental, social, and governance (ESG) strategies for our clients.
Working closely with senior consultants, your responsibilities will include conducting assessments, assisting in strategy development, and contributing to the overall success of ESG initiatives.
Key Responsibilities :
- Conduct thorough assessments of clients' existing ESG practices, identifying strengths and areas for improvement.
- Collect and analyze pertinent data to inform ESG recommendations.
- Collaborate with senior consultants to formulate ESG strategies aligned with clients' business objectives.
- Aid in the implementation of sustainable practices across various business functions.
- Manage ESG data collection, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Utilize data to generate insights and support decision-making processes.
- Support engagement with internal and external stakeholders to gather input and promote ESG awareness, while also assisting in communication efforts related to ESG initiatives.
Requirements :
- Possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Business, or a related field.
- Accumulate 3-5 years of experience in ESG consulting, sustainability, or a related field.
- Demonstrate familiarity with ESG frameworks and reporting standards.
- Showcase strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Exhibit the ability to translate data into actionable insights.
- Communicate ESG concepts clearly and concisely, both in written and verbal formats.
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and senior consultants, contributing positively to team dynamics, while also being adaptable to changing priorities and client needs.
- Fluent in English and Bahasa Indonesia
