Job Description:
- Generate creative ideas based on input and strategic direction from creative group lead and/or other departments.
- Generate (through the line, integrated) ideas and move them forward
- Contribute to strategic thinking and its application to creative
- Work with other creative and brand teams on concept development for ongoing and seasonal campaigns
- Effectively plan and accurately execute approved creative ideas
- Ensure that all approved creative work meets the required standards and timelines
- Ensure creative hygiene of creative work eg fonts, sizes, reproduction, finishing
- Guide the Graphic Designers the art of visual communication
- Guide and take part in video/photoshoot session
Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years of working experience in advertising or design industry
- Able to work independently as well as team-work with partners
- Excellent writing & speaking skill
- Having interest (and good taste) in art is a nice addition
- Consistently challenges oneself for breakthrough thinking
- Constantly strives to do things differently
- Uses the systems and networks within the organization to leverage the existing knowledge base
- Great attention to details
