Job Description:
Reporting to Senior Manager, Customer Relationship Manager, this position is responsible to perform handling inquiry and transaction through Call Center for client and agent from channel Agency and Partnership Distribution including:
- Coordinate with other related units/departments to acquire a resolution for each client and agent inquiry/transaction.
- Ensure and handle every client and agent question received and resolved in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Socialize My SunLife and My Sun Advisor to make it easier for clients and agents when they need information or make transactions on their policy.
- Ensure that all handled cases are well documented in accordance with the standard and procedures.
