Job Description:

Reporting to Senior Manager, Distribution & Vendor Management this position is responsible to handling inquiry and transaction through Call Center for client and agent from channel Agency and Partnership Distribution including:

• Ensure and handle every client and agent question received and resolved in accordance with applicable regulations.
• Ensure that all handled cases are well documented in accordance with the standard and procedures.

• Skilled of all product knowledge.
• Good knowledge with all core system within the company.
• Good knowledge with internal procedures.
• Good in English and Bahasa.
• Good knowledge in Insurance Business

• Main responsibility for handling all incoming queries from client and agent through Call Center and coordinate with other teams/units to provide the best solution for client.
• Additional responsible is to socialize to client all service SLFI with digital platform (My Sun Life, My Sun Advisor & E-Form).
