Job Description:
Reporting to Senior Manager, Distribution & Vendor Management this position is responsible to handling inquiry and transaction through Call Center for client and agent from channel Agency and Partnership Distribution including:
- Ensure and handle every client and agent question received and resolved in accordance with applicable regulations.
- Ensure that all handled cases are well documented in accordance with the standard and procedures.

- Skilled of all product knowledge.
- Good knowledge with all core system within the company.
- Good knowledge with internal procedures.
- Good in English and Bahasa.
- Good knowledge in Insurance Business
