Uraian Tugas

Job Description

Scope & Impact:

  • The scope of the role is: Occupational Safety & Health leadership within West and South regions of ASEAN & South Pacific covering Indonesia, P&G, SIMA and South Pacific.

  • The role has direct impact and influence over the development of the most optimum Regional Occupational Safety & Health strategy and implementation plan in line with the global strategy and TCCS commitments to protect our people and enhance our regional reputation.

  • The strategic footprint of the role spans from Regional operations connecting end-to-end the design, and partner pillars, achieve Regional goals and roadmap for achieving Occupational Safety & Health goals and culture in collaboration as “One Safety LT” vision.

  • The role is responsible for the Regional Occupational Safety & Health OPEX/CAPEX decisions within Region.

  • Provide leadership to ensure the implementation of the Environment requirements at bottling operations and support in the implementation of initiatives to improve their environmental impact


Focus Areas:

The Health & Safety manager will operate as an occupational safety leader role reporting directly to OU Occupational Heath & Safety Lead and will coordinate the end-to-end occupational safety agenda cross functionally across your Region, with Technical Operations, Customer & Commercial and PACS. The following areas define the key focus of the role:

  • Safety and Health strategy: Develop and deploy the regional occupational safety and health strategy and commitments, and accelerated implementation of the OU occupational safety strategy. Define and steward the regional S&H strategy, FU and Regional commitments, initiatives and prioritization to implement the global S&H agenda. Ensure accelerated progress of the S&H systems and programs while ensuring best-in-class leadership through partnership, governance and innovation across the supply chains.

  • Innovation: Ensure occupational S&H innovation initiatives. Lead the implementation support for all S&H aspects that protects our people and enhances our regional and corporate reputation.

  • OU Safety and Health network orchestration: Drive organizational alignment on operational S&H across Region and Bottling partners. Implement S&H and overall Culture and Strategies in the Region. Bring the external view in, drive external engagement and benchmarking, ensure leadership presence in industry associations.

  • S&H culture and performance excellence: Lead the occupational safety and health culture transformation in the Region to ensure excellence is a core value embedded in everything we do across the system. The Regional Safety will be responsible for the implementation of the overall culture transformation to build and manage the excellence performance enablement systems and programs. Responsible to improve performance that accelerates business results.


KEY
SUCCESS PARAMETERS

Work Focus

  • Support the long-term OU Occupational S&H vision, drive engagement with the system partners and lead Regional S&H planning to achieve goals.

  • Implement the Regional S&H strategy, create governance and controls to implement the strategy, monitor the internal and external trends. Within the global S&H framework lead the implementation of the fit for purpose, risk focused and culture maturity-oriented S&H technical governance in the Region. Determine the Regional S&H framework and priorities, work with business to drive S&H assessments and monitor regional S&H risks

  • Implement performance models and systems to track risks and mitigation plans. In line with the corporate S&H metrics define and implement Regional S&H metrics and best-in-class trend analytics used for continuous improvement

  • Implement all OU S&H methodology, standards, IT tools and requirements for E2E Regional activities, including production centers, distribution and marketplace

  • Accountable to implement OU Science Based Targets (SBT) and action plans

  • Provide technical guidance on establishing action plans in the Regions

  • Contribute to define S&H regional governance and drive partners/business development initiatives

  • Communicates and negotiates directly with bottler central office and Bottling plants on capex for improvement plan implementation, corrective actions plans, investments and training requirements.

  • Identify and communicate trends and challenges that impact our regional business performance and collaborate with OU Occupational Safety Lead to ensure governance models remain relevant. Work in partnership with key stakeholders to anticipate new taxes that can impact the business.

  • Provide regional franchise leadership with key stakeholders to ensure necessary investments are planned to ensure governance requirements are met. Influence and shape S&H investment plans including complex analysis of cost, infrastructure and culture developments, strategic partnerships. Close collaboration with key stakeholders such as Regional Technical Operations, Supply Chain, Customer & Commercial, PACS, OU- and Franchise System leadership teams.

  • Connect strategically with external and internal networks and stakeholders to drive performance and benchmarking efforts and transform people and organizational capabilities accordingly.

  • Ensure effective communication and training of technical governance to bottling partners and other value chain stakeholders (suppliers, customers)

  • Provide technical guidance on establishing root cause analysis and S&H IMCR resolution in markets.

  • Drive programs to reduce water and energy usage in manufacturing processes within the region.


Communication Focus

  • Work with internal and external networks: Regional TI&SC functional heads (Technical Operations, Supply Chain), Customer & Commercial, PACS, OU- and Franchise System leadership teams and Industry stakeholders.

  • Define and communicate across the Region networked organization a S&H culture with "Zero is possible" mindset.

  • Deal predominately with situations where other parties have shared interests or opposing interests related to operational S&H digital agenda development and implementation plans.

  • Think outside-in and is well connected, involve a broader set of stakeholders in decision making.

  • Communication, negotiation and engagement with multiple key stakeholders to influence and gain alignment on the short- and the long- term operational S&H strategies and investments.

  • Represent OU Occupational Safety Lead on external stakeholder forums and industry associations.


Experience

Experience in leading scale transformation programs, change management.

Proven successful track record in leading diverse teams.

At least 8 years’ experience within Technical/QSE operations
