Reservation Agent

What you will be doing:
- Ensure the well-organized process of reservation by email, telephone, central reservation systems referral or from the sales office, other hotel departments, and travel agents;
- Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process;
- Prepare letters of confirmation;
- Process cancellations and modifications in timely manner;
- Process and monitor advance deposits/prepayment on reservations;
- Communicate and verify information regarding reservations to the appropriate party.
- Maximize room revenue through the conversion of telephone calls into sales;
- Utilize effective upselling techniques;
Your experience and skills include:
- Bachelor Degree in Tourism or Hospitality or Business Management
- Minimum of 1 years of relevant experience in Reservation or Revenue Management roles;
- Hotel operational experience is desirable;
- Working knowledge of Opera, Microsoft Office.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and spoken.
