Uraian Tugas
- Handling incoming reservation requests via phone, email, or online platforms and ensuring accurate recording of details such as date, time, duration, and specific requirements.
- Providing assistance to customers with inquiries, clarifications, and resolving any issues related to their reservations.
- Sending confirmation notifications to customers, including details of their reservation along with any relevant information or instructions.
- Updating and managing the reservation system or database to reflect the latest bookings, cancellations, or modifications.
- Collaborating with relevant departments or teams to ensure smooth execution of reservations, such as housekeeping for room preparations or catering for event bookings.
- Handling payment transactions, invoicing, or deposit collection as per the organization's policies.
- Maintaining accurate records of reservations, customer details, payments, and any related documentation for reference and accounting purposes.
- Addressing any conflicts or issues arising from double bookings, scheduling conflicts, or customer dissatisfaction in a timely and efficient manner.
- Soliciting feedback from customers regarding their experience with the reservation process and using this feedback to improve service quality.
