- Implement the quality plan assessment for all transactions and operations at branch offices
- Analyze the assessment findings and prepare an assessment report
- Review findings and propose plans for repairs or changes to procedures or workflow
- Monitor the repairs carried out by the office branch regarding the assessment findings
- Monitor the improvement of the findings regulator in accordance with the related time limit
- Bachelor Degree in any major
- Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the operational banking related field
- Understand regulations and procedures in the banking industry
- Minimum Risk Management Certification (BSMR) Level 1
