Requirements
- Have minimum at least 2 - 4 years of experience in Managerial Level at FMCG / Beauty Industry
- Have experience in leading online and offline campaigns
- In-depth understanding of beauty trends, consumer preferences, and competitive landscape with passion in beauty
- Strong marketing skills to create effective product marketing strategies and campaigns
- Leadership skills, team management, and excellent communication skills
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Able to think creatively and innovatively
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute product strategies in alignment with the company's overall business objectives
- Manage P&L and sales growth of brands
- Identify market opportunities, trends, and consumer needs to drive product development and growth
- Oversee cross-functional teams involved in product development
- Manage the entire product life cycle, from concept to launch, and on-going
- product improvements
- Define product roadmaps, prioritize features, and set release timelines
- Work closely with Marketing Team and Research and Development Team
- Manage budgets related to product development, marketing, and promotion effectively
- Optimize resource allocation to ensure cost efficiency
- Measuring and report performance of all process and assess against the goal (ROI & KPI)
