- Ensuring that the brands, services and product lines resonate with current and potential customers within their respective domains
- Supervised by Head of Marketing, serving as the point-person for developing, implementing and executing marketing initiatives and activities for distinctive brands of the company
- Analyze brand market positioning and define insights of target customers
- Develop brand strategies into brand plans, brand positioning and go-to-market strategies
- Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
- Measuring and reporting performance for all marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities to identify opportunities and key issues
Job Requirement:
- Bachelors/Master degree from reputable university
- At least 8 years experience as Brand Manager in FMCG industries
- Able to identify target audiences and devise campaigns that engage, inform, and motivate
- Able to communicate & discuss with Sales team about market conditions
- Possess strong drive for results and good leaderships skills
- Advanced communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent command of written and spoken English
- Exceptional research and analytical skills to forecast and identify trends and challenges
