- Act as the primary point of contact for onboarding brands and grocery accounts
- Serve as a consultant for brands and retailers regarding the onboarding procedure
- Manage and monitor the onboarding process for all customers
- Provide assistance and address inquiries regarding business and operation activities
- Collaborate with other departments (Operations, Tech) to address any emerging issues.
