Key Responsibilities

• Conduct onboarding calls with new clients to understand their objectives and set clear expectations.
• Lead newsletter review sessions, ensuring alignment with client satisfaction goals.
• Curate high-quality, relevant content tailored to the client's audience.
• Prepare and lead engaging calls and meetings, ensuring effective follow-up.
• Exhibit strong project management capabilities to deliver projects on time and within scope.
• Facilitate a seamless handoff between departments and team members.
• Maintain detailed records of client interactions and updates in CRM systems.
• Provide actionable feedback to product and development teams to enhance the onboarding process.
• Proactively monitor client satisfaction and address potential issues to mitigate churn.
• Actively contribute to team meetings and the development of departmental strategies and values.

Requirements:

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Communications, or a related field. -
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in customer success, project management, or a related role.
