About the job:

• Providing essential insights and support to the business development team.
• Conduct comprehensive analysis of business performance metrics, including but not limited to credit and TPF (Third Party Fund) data, market trends, and financial indicators.
• Utilize various analytical techniques to interpret data and extract meaningful insights that contribute to understanding customer behavior, market dynamics, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define key performance indicators (KPIs), and develop reporting mechanisms that facilitate informed decision-making.
• Generate regular and ad-hoc reports, dashboards, and presentations to communicate findings and recommendations to stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and efficiency gains through data analysis and modeling.
• Stay abreast of industry best practices, emerging technologies, and trends in Business Analytics to continuously enhance the analytical capabilities of the organization.
• Provide training and support to team members on data analysis tools, techniques, and methodologies.

About you:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, or related field. Advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS in Business Analytics) preferred.
• Proven experience in business analysis, data analysis, or related field, preferably within a business development or strategic planning environment.
• Proficiency in data analysis tools and technologies such as Microsoft Excel, SQL, Python, R, Tableau, or Power BI.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate complex data sets into actionable insights and recommendations.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy in data analysis and reporting.
• Knowledge of business intelligence methodologies, data visualization techniques, and statistical analysis.
• Ability to adapt to a fast-paced, dynamic work environment and thrive in a role that requires both independent initiative and teamwork.
