Sales
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Hunting new clients through various efforts; cold calling, networking events, referrals, and online platforms. Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and actively manage sales opportunities, be able to sell to Ideal Customer Profile (FMCG, BFSI, Big companies).
- Client Relationship Management: Build and nurture relationships with potential clients, understanding their business needs, challenges, and advertising objectives. Conduct meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations to showcase our digital advertising solutions and value proposition. Collaborate with internal teams to develop tailored proposals and solutions that align with client requirements.
- Sales Reporting and Forecasting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date sales records, activity reports, and opportunity tracking in the CRM system. Provide regular sales forecasts, performance analysis, and insights to the management team.
Marketing
- Market and Competitive Analysis: Stay updated with industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and differentiate our offerings. Analyze market data, competitor strategies, and client feedback to refine sales strategies and positioning.
- Increasing Recognition: Establish partnerships with brands or media to significantly raise awareness about the company, improve AiSensum's visibility by getting invited to be speakers at events, podcasts, and conferences, and ensure AiSensum is among the top Digital Marketing agencies.
- Inbound Leads Generation: Work closely with Business Directors to define and develop go-to-market strategies, to generate high-quality inbound leads through marketing.

Minimum Qualifications- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Relevant certifications are a plus.
- Enthusiasm for Business Development and sales. Fresh graduates are welcome
- A proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth would be a plus.
- In-depth knowledge of the digital advertising landscape, industry trends, and emerging technologies would be a plus.
- Strong networking and relationship-building skills with the ability to engage and influence potential clients.
- Excellent English presentation, and negotiation skills.
