Responsibility
- Make arrangements and implement Sales development strategies that can attract leads or potential partner prospects
- Conduct business presentations, education and promotions to prospect partners
- Building cooperative and coaching relationships with potential partners/partner leaders
- Analyzing and evaluating the qualifications of partners as well as proposing programs in partner quality development
- Ensuring operational and coaching activities run smoothly

- Experience in Business Development & Partnership Management
- Analytical Skills, Market Research, and Lead Generation
- Effective Communication and Customer Relationship
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience in the skincare or healthcare industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
