Job Responsibilities:
1.Actively explore new customers through online and offline channels, exhibitions, and field visits.
2.Receive visiting clients, introduce the company, negotiate cooperation opportunities, and facilitate order transactions.
3.Utilize data analysis and social media pathways to identify high-quality brand clients, independently develop and secure key clients, and overcome obstacles to achieve cooperation.
4.Demonstrate team awareness, orient towards team sales goals, and possess strong intrinsic motivation to achieve personal sales targets.
5.Exhibit coordination skills to mobilize company resources efficiently to resolve client issues and facilitate smooth delivery.
6.Provide direction and planning for new product development based on customer needs, offering frontline market information for company product development.
7.Strengthen cooperation and loyalty with both new and existing clients based on practical experience, enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty to foster long-term partnerships.
8.Regularly gather and analyze overall market conditions and competitor situations, understand industry trends, and assist the Regional Director in developing sales plans and strategies.
Job Requirements:
1.Language proficiency in Indonesian and English.
2.Experience in fast-moving consumer goods sales in Indonesia, familiarity with local GT and MT channel resources.
3.Primary work areas include Jakarta and Bali, with retail management and MT management experience required in the Bali region.
4.Have skill selling experience at least 2 years.
5.Have knowledge about fasting – moving goods.
6. Have their own channel to selling goods.
7.Have knowledge about electric ciaggerate.
8.Good communication in English language.
