Job Description :
- Account management
- Sales strategy and Business planning
- Generate leads and convert them into clients
- Establish strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders within client's organizations
- Conduct regular account reviews and identify opportunities for upselling
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and successful delivery of services
- Lead contract negotiations with client to ensure mutually beneficial agreements
- Collaborate with legal teams to ensure compliance and favorable terms
- Provide accurate and timely updates to management on sales activities and results
- Monitor client satisfaction levels and address any concerns or issues
Job Qualification :
- Bachelor’s degree
- Having 1-2 years of sales B2B experience in related areas with a proven track record, preferably from the same industry: headhunting, recruitment, or staffing industry.
- Demonstrated ability to assist with the development, execution of sales plans and deal closures
- Highly motivated with an outgoing personality, a strong sense of initiative, and personal leadership.
- Numbers, quotas, or goal-oriented
- A person who is articulate, organized, detail-oriented, tech savvy and has the ability to multi-task
- Be able to excel under pressure to hit sales targets
