Job Description:
As a Business Development & Account Management Intern, you will have the unique opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the recruitment industry. Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development Support:
- Assist in identifying potential business opportunities in the recruitment sector.
- Contribute to the development and execution of strategic plans to expand our client base.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends.
- Client Acquisition Assistance:
- Support the team in researching and identifying potential clients.
- Assist in preparing materials for client presentations and communications.
- Learn and apply effective communication strategies to engage with prospective clients.
- Account Management Assistance:
- Aid in maintaining relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction.
- Assist in responding to client inquiries, concerns, and feedback.
- Collaborate with internal teams to support the delivery of exceptional service.
- Learning and Development:
- Receive training on recruitment processes and industry dynamics.
- Gain exposure to strategic planning and Account Management principles.
- Participate in team meetings and collaborative projects.
Qualifications:
- Recent graduates holding a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or final-year students are encouraged to apply.
- Proficient in English, both spoken and written.
- Strong interest in Business Development, client relations, and recruitment.
