Business Development B2B - Surabaya

We're looking for high-quality talents for BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT position at Dayalima Abisatya Surabaya.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

1. Learn client's business challenges to understand client's needs related to our solutions.

2. Establish, develop, and maintain positive business and customer relationships.

3. Responsible for the sales/bidding process, to achieve individual annual sales targets.

4. Analyze market potential, track sales, and report.

5. Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, and potential for new products and services.

REQUIREMENTS:

1. Bachelor's or master's degree (any major) from a reputable university.

2. Proven 2 to 4 years of working experience in account management.

3. Demonstrable ability to communicate, present and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level within the company and externally.

4. Fluent in English.

5. Willing to be placed in Surabaya.
