Uraian Tugas
Job Description- Acquiring and converting potential clients.
- Scheduling appointments, preparing, deliver presentations, pitching to potential clients, and having researched their business and requirements.
- Develop and making persuasive marketing/sales strategies, materials and campaigns presentations based on educated understanding of the business issue.
- Preparing all the contract needs for new clients and make sure our team are ready to start the services with the new client.
- Maintaining a good relationship with new or existing clients and partners.
- Working with customer/client to provide feedback to product teams for new content or products.
Minimum Qualifications- Min. Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant field.
- Has experience 2 - 3 years in Business Development or Account.
- Manager especially outsourcing services or B2B (Consultant or BUMN sector will be highly preferred).
- Excellent in verbal and communication skills.
- Ability in negotiating and closing complex deals.
- Strong in time and task management.
- Experience in selling, negotiating, problem solving, multitasking and adaptable with fast-paced environments.
- Willing to WFO and visit to client
