BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT MANAGER
Requirements:
* A bachelor's degree in business administration, digital marketing or a related field. Previous experience in digital marketing, sales for digital marketing industry, or BUSINESS DEVELOPMENT for 3 years is required.
* Well known about digital marketing, social media, marketing technology, includes understanding market trends, competitor analysis, and industry best practices.
* Strong networking skills are important for building relationships with potential clients, partners, and industry contacts.
* Ability to think strategically and develop long-term business goals and plans.
* Able to identify problems and find creative solutions to overcome them.
* Strong communication and presentation skills in visual, written and verbal. Able to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.
* Able to negotiate effectively for contracts, deals, and partnerships on behalf of their company.
* Able to analyze market data, identify trends, and use this information to develop strategic business plans.
* Able to work independently and collaborate effectively with other team members.
JOB DESCRIPTION
- Identifying new business opportunities by researching market trends, competitor analysis, and customer needs, and approaching through cold calling and networking to generate new opportunities
- Developing strategic plans to achieve business goals and revenue targets, including identifying key areas for growth and expansion.
- Working closely with the revenue team to develop and implement strategies to drive sales and increase market share.
- Developing a deep understanding of the company's products or services and effectively communicating their benefits to clients.
- Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, partners, and other stakeholders to ensure business growth and success.
- Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients and partners to secure new business opportunities.
- Attending industry events, conferences, and networking events to promote the company's products and services and to build relationships with potential clients and partners.
- Monitoring and analyzing key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress towards business goals and targets, and preparing regular reports for management.
- Leading and managing the team to achieve departmental and organizational goals.
