Responsibilities
- Spearhead the sales process from inception to conclusion, encompassing lead generation, assessing technical feasibility, crafting commercial offers, and negotiating Power Purchase Contracts.
- Actively generate direct sales leads, identifying new client prospects and avenues for business growth within the C&I solar portfolio.
- Serve as the principal liaison with Indonesian governmental entities and PLN at both central and regional levels, facilitating the acquisition of essential permits.
- Manage and negotiate the contractual terms, commercial offers, and associated documents between Green Roof and client.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 5 years' experience in Business Development, preferably in the energy sector, with a focus on solar PV projects.
- Experience in managing multiple large-scale projects development, including coordination with stakeholders such as government agencies, investors, and contractors.
- Demonstrated experience in liaising with PLN and other government bodies, including successful negotiations and securing permits.
- Familiarity with financial modeling and analysis related to renewable energy projects, including Rental Agreements.
