Business Development Manager (Franchise Development)

Are you passionate about expanding business opportunities and building fruitful partnerships? We are seeking a dedicated Business Development Manager (Franchise Development) to join our team and drive the growth of I Can Read franchises across Indonesia.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and research potential franchise leads and new markets for I Can Read centers.
• Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchise owners through effective communication and negotiation.
• Present franchise opportunities to potential investors and guide them through the franchise acquisition process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for franchise lead generation.
• Conduct market analysis to assess the feasibility and potential success of new franchise locations.
• Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise owners to ensure the success of their centers.
• Coordinate with internal departments to streamline Franchise Development processes and ensure compliance with company standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, Business Development, or franchise management.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and drive results.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Knowledge of the education industry and franchising practices is a plus.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
