Responsibilities:
- Identify and research potential franchise leads and new markets for I Can Read centers.
- Build and maintain relationships with prospective franchise owners through effective communication and negotiation.
- Present franchise opportunities to potential investors and guide them through the franchise acquisition process.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for franchise lead generation.
- Conduct market analysis to assess the feasibility and potential success of new franchise locations.
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to franchise owners to ensure the success of their centers.
- Coordinate with internal departments to streamline Franchise Development processes and ensure compliance with company standards.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Proven experience in sales, Business Development, or franchise management.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work independently and drive results.
- Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
- Knowledge of the education industry and franchising practices is a plus.
- Willingness to travel as needed.
