- Achieve and exceed sales targets through proactive Business Development activities.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements, ensuring favorable terms for both parties.
- Work closely with the Sales team to develop and implement sales strategies.
- Effectively communicate product features, advantages, and benefits to clients.
- Provide regular updates and reports on market trends, Business Development activities, and sales performance.

- English as the primary language for work
- Proven experience in Business Development within the oil and gas industry

- Strong understanding of the Indonesian oil and gas market
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to travel frequently within the region
