Site Expansion (Network Planning Acquisition) - Assistant Manager Level
Job Profile
- Business Delivery; to identify potential Sites and Dealers within assigned region and develop a network of sites towards achieving high business growth with low capex scenario. Strong outcome oriented.
- Accountable for End to End project delivery; feasibility study, dealer acquisition, work closely with asset team to deliver new site opening within agreed time, cost, and objective.
- Lead contract negotiations with new locations and manage compliance with contractual obligations.
- Show safety leadership in maintaining and implementing BP safety standards with Dealers and ensure legal obligations to safety are met.

- Relationship management skills at a high level– proven ability to influence decision.
- Strong Commercial Acumen
- Ability to work independently and autonomously
- Strong written and oral communicator with proven negotiation skills to handle difficult situations through contract negotiations.
- Proven Problem solving skills with ability to adapt these skills with each customer.
Requirement :
- Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum 5 years experiences in same position as Business Development or Marketing Development
- Good English skill both writing and speaking.
- Good communication and detail oriented.
- Able to work Independently in a multi-discipline setting.
- Placement in Surabaya.
