RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls in timely manner
- Comprehend scripts regarding products and services. The candidate must be able to use these scripts while communicating with customers as a reference
- Build positive relationships by ensuring that all inquiries, cancellations and confirmations are handled appropriately
- Create and maintain daily report and refinement actions taken while providing recommendation considering improvements
REQUIREMENTS:
- Fresh graduates are welcome
- Minimum Bachelor Degree in any discipline
- Bahasa Indonesia and English are mandatory. Mandarin speaking are preferable
- Willing to be working in shifts schedule
- Good speaking articulation
