Purpose
As a Call Support Agent, you will:
- Manage virtual reception for our client, handling outbound and inbound calls, and emails
- Help our client drive their business forward by enabling them to focus on the important items
As a Call Support Agent, your daily tasks may include:
- Handle all phone calls effectively with politeness and in a professional manner
- Handle outbound calls such as UTA/FTA reactivation and lead activation.
- Follow the proper procedure when requested to divert a call.
- Update the client’s system for every call made and received.
- Triage new patient referrals and schedule appointments for them.
- Manage incoming (virtual) faxes from the clinic’s inbox, then import them into the relevant patient’s file, and forward them to the relevant doctor.
- Handle social media and website inquiries.
- Contribute to the team’s effort and perform other duties as requested by the client or assigned by the management.

Role and Opportunity
Your new role is to provide reception support to the onshore team. You will be primarily in charge of implementing an effective phone call system, such as taking phone calls from existing patients to make or change a booking, diverting calls, etc.
The Call Support Agent will provide our clients with reception support and appointment tasks. Our clients rely on this support to streamline their operations and enhance their focus on business growth, relieving them of mundane tasks that detract from their core objectives.
